Ensaladang Gulay

This raw vegetable salad is packed with nutrients from fresh vegetables and is good for digestion.

Ingredients:

2 big tomatoes (sliced)
2 cup sliced camote tops (talpo)
1 small onion ( sliced thinly)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon or calamansi juice
1 cucumber ( sliced)
salt to taste
camote tops

Procedure:
1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Serve with a smile.
