Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 big tomatoes (diced)
1 big cucumber (diced)
1 onion (diced)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil ( optional)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
